1. Where can I get the cutting or seeds. What is the difference from them.
You can place the order from us. We have agencies in difference countries and states. Please make sure you check with us for our local agents. We do not advices growing the Pitaya from the seeds, it take longer time to grow, and get fruits. Normally from the seeding, it take about 2 to 3 years to get fruits. From the cutting, the tree grow faster, and can get fruits for as early as 8 months. (depending on the country and the way you cultivated the plant).
  
2. Sun Damage
During 116 degree C  day, damage will showed 7-10 days later.
A sun burnt plant will have a slight yellowing to a brownish yellow color to it.
A heat damaged plant will have a wilted appearance to it.
Using 50% shade to preventing sun damage. 
If the shading with too high sun block might result in less fruiting.
If the plants are in an enclosed area, place a fan in the space to move air over them.
  
3. Over Watering.
Pitaya need a lot of the water, but over watering might hurt the roots. An over watered plant will be soft, and followed by rot.
