About US
The flowers of dragon fruits name as " moonflower", "Queen of the night". It is a night blooming flower. The flower is large with waxy and white petals. It can produce fragrance as it blooms, attracting bees and ants as pollinating agents.
A lot of home growers unable to get flowering and fruiting a long as two years or above. Even some of them are able to manage some flowering, but the flower drop after blooming.

There are few factors play the roles in terms of flowering and fruit setting:

A)  In order to increase the yield, growers should keep in mind that this plant do not need a lot of N (Nitrogen). We suggest that the fertilizing ratio should be in N:P:K of 1:2:3.

B)  Other vitamin like TE (trace elements) also play a very important part in flowering and fruiting. With right supply of fertilizer, we found that we can get up to 18 season of flowering and fruiting year around.

C) Pollination
Even Pitaya is a self pollination plants. However if there are pollination agents like bees, ants and others help during the pollination process, the success rates will increase. Result shows that with hand pollination (human help), the fruit set rate increase tremendously with fruit sizes increase too.
